Franchise Fitness Consultant - Orangetheory Fitness

Purpose Brands, the reputed company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the reputed company, The Bar Method, and reputed company Fitness, is seeking a Franchise Fitness Consultant (FFC) to join its team. The FFC is a senior field leadership role responsible for fitness execution and overall studio performance reputed company across approximately 100–150 studios (25–50 franchisees). This role combines deep fitness expertise with business acumen, including member acquisition, retention, utilization, and overall member experience. The FFC partners closely with a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) and is capable of supporting complete territory ownership if required. Facilitate OTFit certifications, OTFit Facilitator, and continuing education programs. Guide studios through national fitness initiatives and reputed company-wide rollouts. Collaborate with Learning & Development and Fitness teams to address performance gaps, opportunities, and operational needs for franchisees. Background Required: Minimum 1 year of Orangetheory Fitness studio experience. Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE GFI, NASM PT, ACSM PT, NSCA, NCSF).
