Support day-to-day operations of the CIC team by completing projects, providing workflow guidance, technician training, and operational support
Serve as a resource for technicians and assist leadership with workload coordination
Support Facility Formulary Therapeutic Interchange and Third-Party Therapeutic Interchange responsibilities, including reporting, audit support, quality assurance checks, and ongoing monitoring
Support OmniDX to OASIS FFTI and TPTI conversion efforts, including pulling forms from Omniview, activating FFTI and TPTI, and tracking conversion activities
Review pharmacy stock and coordinate with pharmacy purchasing to address stocking needs or gaps
Partner with IT teams on reporting needs, system and reporting troubleshooting, and resolution follow-up
Use OASIS, OmniDX, MicroStrategy, Salesforce, Omniview, and other Omnicare systems for reporting, research, workflow support, and operational follow-up
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to technicians
Train and support technicians by reinforcing standard operating procedures, best practices, and process expectations
Participate in team meetings, process improvement initiatives, and special projects
Support other CIC areas as needed, including customer service, faxing, order processing, prior authorizations, and medication therapy management support
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of relevant pharmacy technician experience
Active pharmacy technician license or registration in good standing in the state where the candidate resides
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable workflows, systems, policies, and procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to mentor, train, and support team members while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency with computer systems and standard office applications
Microsoft Excel experience, including the ability to organize, review, and analyze data to support reporting and tracking
Ability to identify issues, research information, and recommend practical solutions
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work the assigned schedule and remain available during standard operating hours
Ability to maintain a suitable remote work environment supporting confidentiality, productivity, and business requirements
