Pricing Specialist (CPQ & Commercial Operations) (f/m/d)

Summary

We're looking for a Pricing Specialist (CPQ & Commercial Operations) who enjoys solving complex business challenges, optimizing commercial processes, and making sure every quote is accurate, efficient, and scalable. In this role, you'll become the go-to expert for our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) environment, maintaining and enhancing pricing structures, product configurations, and commercial business rules that support our global sales organisation. You'll work with colleagues across Sales Operations, Product Management, R&D, Services, Finance, Legal, IT, and regional business teams to ensure accurate pricing, streamlined quoting processes, and consistent commercial governance across all sales channels.

We're hiring remotely across Central Europe, the UK, and the US East Coast. Due to the global nature of the role, candidates based in Central Europe are preferred to support collaboration across multiple time zones.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance CPQ configurations, including pricing models, product structures, and commercial business rules within our CPQ platform.
• Design, implement, and update pricing frameworks to support evolving business requirements.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all products, services, and sales channels.
• Support the ongoing optimisation of quote generation and commercial approval workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Product Management, R&D, Finance, Legal, Services, IT, and regional business teams to translate technical CPQ configurations into clear business solutions and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes, identify pain points, and develop creative, scalable solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall CPQ experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform (Oracle CPQ is ideal, but experience with any CPQ solution is welcome).
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in pricing, CPQ, commercial operations, sales operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and data quality.
• Advanced Excel skills for pricing analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Oracle CPQ.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and how it integrates with CPQ solutions.
• Understanding of sales processes and commercial workflows.
• Experience managing pricing frameworks, approval workflows, or commercial governance.
• Experience creating documentation, user guides, or training materials.
• Additional European language(s).
