Location: Remote (U.S.)
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
Duration: 90-Day Internship with opportunity for extension or permanent employment based on performance.

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Recruiting & HR Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and business operations while working remotely.
Responsibilities
Review resumes and job applications
Contact candidates by phone, text, and email
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Assist with employee onboarding
Maintain candidate and employee records
Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other job boards
Track applicants through the hiring process
Assist with recruiting campaigns and administrative projects
Perform other recruiting and HR support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable speaking with job applicants over the phone
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, Business Administration, or Operations
Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
