Job Description: Develop a roadmap for the evolution of SSEG functions to keep the organization future-ready Identify key capabilities and tools and partner with stakeholders to ensure execution Evaluate vendor platforms and solutions against capabilities and financial targets Develop a department scorecard and KPIs with the SSEG leadership team Optimize resource utilization, internal/external resourcing ratios, and vendor strategy Lead annual planning cycle efforts, including AOP planning and budget tracking Drive strategic projects, owning dashboards, timelines, and project management Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of SSEG by highlighting critical risks and opportunities Oversee information and key-decision flow within SSEG and across functions Manage strategic meetings and communications, including presentations and memos for enterprise leaders Manage 1–2 direct reports, including FTEs and vendors Requirements: BS/BA required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred Minimum 7 years of senior leadership and project management experience Leadership experience as part of a data analytics organization is a plus Excellent written and oral storytelling and communication skills, particularly executive-level strategic communications Data- and metrics-driven, with ability to develop rigorous KPIs and strong data analysis and budget management acumen Ability to lead and influence in a matrix and cultivate strong internal/external networks Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of project management techniques Current, strong knowledge of AI tools to drive efficiency Good knowledge of analytics technologies, including Power BI, SAS, R, and Shiny Good knowledge of clinical trial data and processes Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Ability to lead a team decisively to solve complex problems Strong leadership and influence skills to lead without authority across multiple business levels Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Experience defining, documenting, and developing business processes in a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment PMP/Scrum Master or Six Sigma certification is a plus Benefits: Short- and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life insurances Fitness & Wellness programs including a fitness reimbursement Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance A minimum of 15 days of paid vacation Additional end-of-year shutdown time off (Dec 26-Dec 31) Up to 12 company paid holidays 3 paid days off for Personal Significance 80 hours of sick time per calendar year Paid Maternity and Parental Leave benefit 401(k) program participation with company matched contributions Employee stock purchase plan Tuition reimbursement of up to $10,000 per calendar year Employee Resource Groups participation Opportunities for learning, growth, and expanding skills
