Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives
Engage customers face to face and virtually
Develop and implement business and territory call plans
Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies
Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments
Use digital tools and multi-platforms for customer engagement
Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities
Compliantly use approved disease state information, product knowledge, and patient resources
Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across relevant business channels
Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues
Complete administrative tasks, including customer call entry, expense submission, and responding to internal requests
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree; or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience
Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
Must reside within the territory boundaries
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies the candidate from being hired
At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing preferred
Strong track record of sales or marketing success preferred
Strong territory management skills preferred
Outstanding communications skills preferred
Demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability preferred
Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred
Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred
Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
