Job Title: Recruitment & Financial Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized manager to support our hiring processes and manage day-to-day QuickBooks accounting. This is a hybrid/remote role requiring the successful candidate to be based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job advertising, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and support basic HR administration
- Handle all QuickBooks accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting
- Ensure financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant
- Liaise with the team on both people and finance-related matters
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- BCom degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, or Business Management)
- Proven experience in recruitment/hiring and QuickBooks accounting
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a hybrid/remote setup
- Based in Cape Town (hybrid attendance required as needed)
